disability.

Development Manager

Ability to work in a small development office and be responsible for facilitating both Annual Giving and Capital Campaign Management programs. Assist in driving Programs energetically and enthusiastically forward through close interaction with donor prospects, parents, volunteers, businesses/organizations and contacts with foundations. Implement the strategies designed by the Chief Development Officer; CEO, Campaign Committee and Advisory Groups to ensure key benchmarks and outcomes are achieved.
Skills/Requirements: Bachelor?s degree, preferably in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications or a related discipline. A minimum of two years of experience in fundraising with knowledge of individuals, foundations, sponsorship, corporate giving and special events with experience in social media marketing and online fundraising. Proven experience in development with a successful track record in special event fundraising aggressive sales mentality with the ability to provide strategic leadership and overall supervision of development efforts. Knowledge of fundraising databases, i.e. retrieving and analyzing information to advance fundraising efforts.
Experience in budget development.
Prior Non-Profit experience. Demonstration of active, hands-on experience in fundraising with special event goals, volunteer recruitment, and community development experience required.

Salary $40,000 ? $45,000/annually Based on Education and Experience +
